SHIPPING POLICY
At Mine Sapphire, we offer free WORLD-WIDE shipping on ALL orders. We understand the importance of receiving your order in a timely manner and we strive to process and ship all orders within 7-10 business days UK/EU 10-20 business days Rest of World. Special commisions and custom requests will take 15-30 days to create order + shipping time. All of our jewelry is carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Mine Sapphire. If for any reason you are not, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy. You may return or exchange any item within notifying us within 48 hours of receiving item, it must arrive back within 10 days of initial delivery. It must not have been tampered with, and to be in its identical original condition. Customised or engraved items are not eligible for return or exchange. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us and we will guide you through the process.
Our Rings are Alive
Our rings are alive. By this, we mean our pieces will change throughout the years. The way they are casted and the process behind them, mean that some sapphire may fall out, but some sapphire will uncover. We pack the rings full of sapphire to create this look you see throughout our pieces. We then do testing to make sure if anything is loose - it's coming out or it dosn't make the cut. The style and the look of the ring will change, just how we as people age. We strongly recommend that you do not wear the rings if you were building a house or doing something labour intensive.
